Professional Learning Exchange - Talkabouts

Who should attend?

Talkabout' sessions designed for Middle Leaders across all subject and faculty areas, offering a valuable chance for professional growth.  The sessions will be organised into two separate groupings according to subject area. Leaders from these areas will spend mornings or afternoons to engage in collaborative learning experiences that focus on best practices, innovative teaching strategies, and the latest educational research

-In person event hosted at a Hackney setting

-Led by PLE Facilitators, Key Senior Officers and supported by Subject Network Managers (SNM)

-Keynote Speakers insights and expertise on relevant topics in education.

-Table discussion Reflection and Action Planning

-Deliberately planned time for networking

-Subject / curriculum time with expert SNM

Who should attend?

There will be Walkabout sessions held for two distinct groups, at different points within the academic year. These are intended for the following leadership groups

1: Headteachers, Principals, Deputies

2: Heads and/or Directors of Sixth Form

- Guided visits to educational settings

- Keynote Speakers share insights and expertise on relevant topics in education.

- Table discussions: spaces for reflection, exchange and action planning
